Incorporated on 11 August 1975, Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad (“KPS”) is an investment holding company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad under the Industrial Products and Services sector. KPS has core investments in the Manufacturing sector, as well as businesses in the Trading, Licensing and Infrastructure sectors.
The Group’s journey towards sustainability has started well and we are committed to exerting more effort in embracing sustainability in our operations and managing the impact our businesses have across Economic, Environmental and Social ("EES") aspects. Efforts to create more awareness on the importance of sustainability will continue at KPS and its subsidiary companies.
